Corporate Incentive Solutions Merges With Prestige Promotions

Boston, Massachusetts-based distributor Corporate Incentive Solutions (UPIC: Corpo988) announces a merger with Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based distributor Prestige Promotions. Beth Fini, Prestige founder, remains with CIS as senior sales associate based in Philadelphia.

"Establishing operations in Philadelphia is an important part of our East Coast expansion strategy," says Richard Spector, vice president of strategic development. "In just more than one year, we have grown from three to 42 salespeople and five offices."

With the completion of the Prestige Promotions merger, CIS will operate offices in Boston, New York, Washington, DC/Maryland and Philadelphia.

Prestige Promotions sales reps are servicing existing accounts as members of the CIS Philadelphia sales team – with a twist. CIS sales reps operate under the company's business plan, which promotes cross selling of promotional products as well as travel programs and meeting logistics.

"As part of CIS, I'll be able to offer clients one-stop shopping by providing travel packages as well as promotional products," says Fini. "Merging with CIS provides us with the resources we need to grow this office and gives me the opportunity to focus on increasing our revenues. I’m excited to join the team."
