Marc Baron
Chief Executive Officer
With 15 years of experience in the promotional products and incentive
travel industries, Marc Baron brings depth of knowledge and an entrepreneurial
spirit to his role as chief executive officer of Corporate Incentive
Solutions. As CEO, Marc is responsible for developing and implementing
the overall strategic direction of the company, as well as directing
the expansion and development of Corporate Incentive Solutions'
sales network.
Previously, Marc served as vice president of sales and marketing
for Garden City Travel Services, an incentive travel company. There,
he positioned the company for growth into new markets by developing
a strategy that utilized the existing sales channel of promotional
products salespeople to gain exposure to companies worldwide. In
2000, Marc worked with Adam Kurzman to develop a new strategic direction
for Garden City, eventually merging the company into what would
become Corporate Incentive Solutions.
Marc's previous experience includes positions at CYRK and Pilgrim Plastics.
At CYRK, he was responsible for developing promotional strategies for
Fortune 500 companies, and collaborated with trade show producer Comdex
to develop a successful onsite branded retail program for over 300,000
trade show attendees. During his eight years at Pilgrim, Marc was responsible
for developing key distributor relationships, media and direct mail
marketing, trade show management, and the development and implementation
of the company's promotional catalog.
Richard Spector
Vice President of Strategic Development
With a keen understanding of the promotional products industry,
and an extensive network of distributor relationships developed
during his years as a promotional products supplier, Richard Spector
is a key member of the Corporate Incentive Solutions executive team.
As vice president of strategic development, Richard is responsible
for positioning the company for growth by developing and opening
new sales locations, as well as overseeing the recruitment and development
of the CIS sales force.
For over 20 years, Richard worked at Alcraft, a Pawtucket, Rhode Island-based
supplier of promotional products, most recently as vice president of
sales. While at Alcraft, Richard introduced several innovative and highly
successful product lines for the company. By developing key distributor
relationships, he was able to successfully achieve industry-wide distribution
for these new products. Richard has an in-depth understanding of manufacturing,
decorating, and imprinting processes, as well as both domestic and international
product sourcing.
Frank Peretzman
Vice President of Sales
Frank Peretzman brings 25 years of sales experience in the promotional
products industry to his new role at CIS. As vice president of sales,
he oversees all aspects of sales at the company. Frank is responsible
for integrating the sales teams of newly established locations and acquired
companies, and providing training and support to help the sales team
maximize business opportunities and increase sales volume. He also serves
as the liaison between the CIS sales team and other divisions within
the company, working to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes
through consistent cross-department communication.
Frank has a long and successful history in the promotional products
industry. He began his career as a sales representative for Marketing
Incentives in 1979, and joined CYRK in a similar capacity when that
company acquired Marketing Incentives in 1996. Just prior to joining
Corporate Incentive Solutions in 2004, he held a sales position at T.R.
Miller.
Cathy Campbell
Vice President of Operations
As vice president of operations at Corporate Incentive Solutions,
Cathy Campbell is responsible for overseeing the company's operations
staff, as well as recruiting and training support staff. She also
handles strategic and operational planning, quality performance
improvement, and process implementation, as well as a variety of
human resources and personnel functions. Cathy develops company-wide
systems and policies for Corporate Incentive Solutions, and ensures
that they are properly implemented at newly acquired companies and
locations.
Cathy previously served as director of operations and billing
at CYRK, an international distributor of promotional products, where
she oversaw a network of 13 branch offices and 82 employees. Her
responsibilities included budgeting, strategic planning, and a range
of financial functions. She directed regional business managers
in the areas of hiring, training, employee relations, and branch
management issues. She also oversaw the restructuring of CYRK's
operations to address business growth, cost reduction, and service
improvements. As regional customer service manager at The Faxon
Company, Cathy was responsible for managing a staff of 19, and directing
the development of offices in Brazil, Chile, and Columbia.
