CORPORATE INCENTIVE SOLUTIONS MOVES INTO THE
WASHINGTON, DC/MARYLAND MARKET - Company Gains Valuable Foothold
in Market by Acquiring Selected Assets and Staff of Horizons Unlimited

- Corporate Incentive Solutions (CIS), an integrated incentive company

logistics services, today announced that it has entered the Washington,
DC metropolitan market through the purchase of specific assets from
Rockville, MD-based Horizons Unlimited. Frank Peretzman, vice president
of sales at CIS, also announced that members of the Horizons Unlimited
sales staff would be joining CIS in a similar capacity, and that
Herman Stopak, the founder of Horizons Unlimited, would be joining
CIS as sales team leader for the mid-Atlantic region.

Herman began his career at Universal Match, and co-founded Horizons

sales and recognition as one of the 100 largest distributors in

As members of the CIS Mid-Atlantic office, sales reps will continue
to service their existing accounts, but will now have the opportunity
to cross-sell travel programs and meeting logistics services through
the same sales channel. This cross-selling strategy is a cornerstone
of CIS's business plan, and allows the company to better serve clients
by offering a broader range of services.
CIS's entry into the market also creates significant business opportunities
