Baron launched CIS after working at Garden City Travel Services, a group and incentive travel company. Working with investor Irwin Chafetz of The Interface Group, Baron was responsible for strategic planning and for restructuring corporate operations to include promotional products and logistics. That new entity eventually became Corporate Incentive Solutions. In addition to Baron, the company's executive team includes Vice President of Strategic Development Richard Spector, Vice President of Sales Frank Peretzman, Vice President of Operations Cathy Campbell and Accounting Operations Manager Sue Bluestein.
